The owner and operator of the Tiska online store available at www.tiskafabrics.com (the “TISKA online store”, “online store” or “website”), is managed by TEKSTINA tekstilna industrija d.o.o., Tovarniška cesta 15, 5270 Ajdovščina (“TEKSTINA”, “provider”, “we”, “us”), which is also an online store service provider.
These general terms and conditions (“General Terms”) determine the operation of the Tiska online store, the rights and obligations of the customer and the provider, and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the customer (“you”). You are bound by the General Terms that are in force at the time of purchase (online order). When placing an order, you are always reminded of the General Terms and confirm your acquaintance with them by placing an order. By using this online store, you confirm that you are 15 years of age or older, or if you are under 15 years of age, that you have received the consent of your parents or guardian to agree to the General Terms.
Agreeing to the General Terms in full is a condition of being able to use the services provided by us through the website. If you do not agree with these general terms, you are obliged to stop using our services immediately. The same applies if you do not agree to subsequent changes to the General Terms.

Use of the Website
The use of the website is conditioned by these General Terms, including the applicable EU laws. By using the website, you:
- expressly agree with the General Terms;
- undertake to use the website in a lawful manner;
- undertake not to use the service for the purpose of publishing or promoting any content and / or advertisement that is contrary to applicable law and public order and morals;
- are responsible for complying with the applicable EU regulations relating to the use of the website;
- agree not to use the service for commercial, illegal or any purposes other than those set out in these General Terms;
- will not distribute copyrighted content or content owned by another legal or natural person;
- will not attempt to obtain, collect and / or store the personal data of other users;
- will not in any way copy, store or transmit all or part of the content of the website, will not use computer codes, malicious programs or anything that could interfere with, disable or harm this service, service provider or its software and hardware, route provider and telecommunications devices.
Registration and Member Account
By registering on the website you become a member. Both registered members and guests who make a purchase and do not need to register before making a purchase have the right to purchase in the Tiska online store.
Upon registration in the online store, you enter your name, surname, your chosen password and your e-mail address to which you receive a confirmation email. If you want to change your email address or password, you can do so at any time on your user profile.
You represent and warrant that all contact and personal information provided to us during the registration process and otherwise shall be accurate and complete. If there are any changes to your contact information, you shall promptly update your registration information with us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (i) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (ii) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so within your account settings.
a) Shopping cart
Select a chosen design in the online store and product characteristics (pattern size, fabric type, fabric quantity in linear meters) or upload your design in one of the acceptable formats (jpg, jpeg, png – max 100MB, minimum 300dpi), name it and choose product characteristics (pattern size, pattern repeating style, fabric type, fabric quantity in linear meters). You can also make a sample purchase (fabric quantity 20x20cm or 40x40cm), to see how the chosen design looks on the particular fabric. You can also see the full print preview by clicking on “FULL PRINT PREVIEW” button or save it under your wishlist by clicking “SAVE TO FAVORITE”.
Click on the “Add to cart” button. Following this, you have an option to remove/ add items to your cart, add any accessories or proceed to checkout. To remove a product from the shopping bag you have to click a shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the website. After clicking on the icon you will see the products you added to the shopping bag while browsing the online store. To remove a specific product from the shopping bag, click on the shopping cart icon and click on the “X” icon in the shopping bag or change the product quantity to 0.
To complete the purchase, click the “Checkout” button and the system will take you to the checkout page, where you fill in all the necessary information. In this step, you can log in or continue with your purchase as a guest.
Under the section “Order Overview” you can view the quantity, type, size and price of products that you have in your shopping cart and that you will buy by clicking the button “Place order”.
To complete the order, you must click the “Checkout” button in the cart and enter your shipping and payment details. You can also apply your coupon code.
Delivery address: You must provide the required contact information marked with an asterisk (name, surname, country, address, place, postal code, e-mail address and telephone number), which we need to confirm and complete your order and deliver you the chosen product.
Delivery cost: calculated according to the price list of delivery services (e.g. GLS / DHL / UPS).
Payment method: You can choose from two payment methods, namely: credit card payment or PayPal.
Coupons: If you have a valid discount coupon or you, enter the coupon information in the given field and click the “Apply” button.
Order overview: The price of an individual product, the cost of postage and the total cost of payment are evident before you complete the order. You can also check your order by clicking on the “basket” button at the top right corner, at any time.
Completion of the order: You can view the submitted delivery details, the payment method you have chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. Confirm the order by clicking on the “Place order” button.
If the order has been successfully completed, the website will display “Thank you. Your order has been accepted.”.
c) Purchase notification process
After placing the order, you receive an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. If you are a member of the website you always have access to information on the status and content of the order in your profile (by clicking on “My Orders” button).
We may call you on your contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
Business customers (i.e. legal entities) have to fill in a special form that can be found here. Once the information you provide is verified, you will receive an email with username and password assigned to you. After receiving your account information you can sign in and see special offers available for business customers.
Warranty of Ownership and Non-infringement
By uploading photographs, designs, drawings, text or other content (“Content”) to the site you represent and warrant that:
- you have the lawful right to reproduce and distribute such Content;
- the Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party;
- the Content complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and ordinances;
- the Content does not invade any individual’s right of privacy or celebrity;
- the Content is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, libelous, tortious, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
- the Content does not comprise or consist of, or suggest hate speech in any form. Hate speech shall include any content that implies violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on certain characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age or sexual orientation.
YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE CONTENT WHICH YOU SUBMIT AND THAT THE CONTENT DOES NOT INFRINGE UPON THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (E.G. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS) OR OTHER RIGHTS OF OTHERS. YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT THERE ARE NO OUTSTANDING DISPUTES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR OTHER RIGHTS IN THE CONTENT OR ANY PARTS OF THE CONTENT.
You hereby release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes with one or more users, or an outside party.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us and TEKSTINA’s officers, directors, employees and other Representatives harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on (i) Content you submit to the Website, (ii) your use of the Website, (iii) your connection to the Website, (iv) your violation of these Terms or (v) your violation of any rights of a third party.
You acknowledge that the Tiska online store is an automated web service that gives you the power to upload and print your own designs as one-of-a-kind textiles.
Upon placing any order through the site you acknowledge that we may review it and the Content it contains for adherence to our guidelines and compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, we and our designees shall have the right to refuse to fulfill any order for any reason and to remove any Content that violates the Terms or is otherwise objectionable to us. We shall have the right, at its exclusive discretion, to remove content and/or suspend user accounts that violate these General Terms or our policies.
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the creation and compilation of your Content, and that neither us nor any other party involved with the production of any product incorporating such Content, including but not limited to fabric, assumes that responsibility. Our production of any product depicting your Content shall be pursuant to your order and specification and we shall merely function as a printer of such products. Our production of any product depicting your Content, including but not limited to fabric, does not indicate that we accept, approve of or endorse the Content, that the Content complies with applicable laws, or that you are absolved of any liability or harm arising from the use of the Content.
All Content submitted to the website remains your property. By uploading Content on our website, you are giving us the permission to print it onto the fabric as intended.
As of the moment you submit the Content, you grant us with a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free, transferable license to use your Content in order to provide services resulting from the General Terms, including its printing to fabrics, and to use the Content, in the following fields of exploitation:
- fixing and reproduction with the use of any technology, including digital technology and magnetic fixing;
- fixing and reproduction with the use of digital technology (including on any media and in any network which makes it possible to broadcast the works), magnetic fixing, print technology (including digital printing) and reprographics;
- save on a computer hard drive;
- public performance, exhibition, screening, presentation and broadcast as well as rebroadcast through cable and wireless networks by terrestrial station;
- create items with the Content (of which we will be the owner).
You represent that you hold all rights to your Content transferred to us within the scope necessary to grant us with the license above.
Content files are stored on protected servers and are only accessed through secure encrypted connections. For production, the files are transferred to a local server so that they can be sent to the printers and stored temporarily. The files will be stored for 60 days, so you can use your Content for another purchase.
You may exercise your rights arising from a faulty product if you inform us of the defect within 2 (two) months from the day on which the defect was discovered.We are not liable for the defect if the defect appears after two years have passed since the product was delivered. Print variations (see section 10) are not eligible for return as faulty products.
In case of a faulty product you have the right to request: i) repair of the product; ii) a product replacement; iii) a price reduction; iv) termination of the contract and full reimbursement.
If you believe that the purchased product has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible via email email@example.com and attach your invoice. Quote your order number, provide a photo of the fault, along with a clear description of the problem. If an error cannot be verified over email, the item may be required to be returned to us for inspection.
If the defect is not disputed, we must comply with your request as soon as possible and within 8 days at the latest. However, if there is a dispute about the defect, we must give the consumer a written answer within 8 days.
If you wish to return an order for some other reason, unfortunately we cannot accept it. All of our products are custom printed, therefore impossible to re-stock or re-sell. As per EU law, the goods can not be returned because they were made to your specifications or personalized.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
Print variations that may occur within an order or from one order to another include but are not limited to:
- Image placement on the product. Placement of your image on the product may vary piece to piece. Some variations may be small and others may be noticeable.
- Discrepancies between the Tiska editor and the final product can occur. The Tiska editor provides an approximation of the final product.
- The colour outcome of your printed fabric may differ from your original Content for many reasons including the following:
- Monitor differences. All monitors vary in colour representation. It is beyond our control to match your monitor settings.
- Colour gamut limitations of our printers. Our print processes have different ranges of colour they can reproduce. We need to translate your Content using our software into the colour range of our printers. Colours in your Content that are outside of our achievable gamut will be replaced with the closest colour we can print.
- We offer a very large range of fabrics to print on. Each fabric has different print results even when subject to the same print process. Some fabrics absorb ink quickly while others are more dense. The base fabrics are all different in their degree of white. Characteristics like these can cause variations in the final product colours.
- Quality of the submitted Content. Low quality Content files will not print as accurately as high resolution images. Please follow our design guidelines when creating your Content print files.
- Colour space. We ask for images to be submitted in cmyk or rgb. Images set up in other colour spaces may translate incorrectly when printed.
We have a hands-off printing system. This means that all incoming Content files are sent directly to our printing equipment. We do not check for print quality including pixelation before printing. Please refer to our design guidelines when setting up your design and make sure it is in the correct colour space and file format. We are not responsible for reprinting items due to poor quality Content or incorrectly made files. Print variations are not eligible for return as faulty products.
Prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
Despite our efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, the price information may be incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, we will allow you to withdraw from the purchase, while we will offer you a solution that will be to the mutual satisfaction.
Prices in the online store are subject to change without notice.
Placing an Order
The purchase agreement is concluded in the online store at the moment when we receive payment from you for the selected products. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both us and you.
You will receive the sales contract via email sent at the end of the order. The contract is also stored electronically on our server and is available to you upon your written request.
Methods of payment
The TISKA online store provides the following payment methods:
- credit card payment
- payment with Paypal.
We cooperate with Packeta, GLS and DHL delivery service. The delivery service takes care of communication with you regarding delivery. The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is specified before the order is placed.
You shall be responsible for payment of all shipping, insurance, customs charges and other transportation costs for shipment of products ordered by you through the website, unless otherwise stated on the site or agreed by us (such as through a special offer).
The delivery time depends on the shipping country. The economy delivery time is from 2-7 days, after we print and pack your order.
The express delivery time is from 1-2 days, after we print and pack your order.
The price of economy delivery starts at 3,99 EUR (VAT included). The delivery costs vary, based on the quantity (weight) of the fabric ordered and the shipping country. Check the delivery price during the check-out process, after you enter the delivery address.
Issuance of Invoice
After paying for the ordered products, we will send you an invoice to the given email address. The invoice breaks down the price and postage costs. You are obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.
Promotional Codes or Coupons
Promotional codes bring various benefits and are usually time-limited. You can find the active promotional code on our website, the title page of the advertising message, in our e-notifications or other media.
In the event that the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the coupon, the holder of the promotional code must pay the difference.
To use the coupon, select the product you want to buy and add it to the cart. Select the delivery method, specify the delivery address. Before going to the next page, enter the code in the “Promo code” field (right part of the overview of the order) and confirm by clicking on the “Apply” button. When you enter the promotional code, its value is automatically deducted from the price of your order. In the event that the amount of your order is higher than the value of the coupon, you settle the difference by paying extra in cash in the above payment methods. If the amount of your order is lower than the value of the coupon, you can use the difference in value for the next order. You then place an online order.
We use appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.
Secure authorizations and credit card transactions are handled by Stripe and PayPal.
Credit card authorizations are performed in real time by immediate verification of data with banks. Card information is not stored on our server.
Protection of Personal Data
The data collected and processed by us will only be disclosed if required by the GDPR or when in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other public authorities.
The Tiska online store and all the information on it, such as images of articles, graphic and video elements on the website are protected and may not be reproduced or used without the prior written permission of us.
Limitation of Liability
We make a best effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, delivery times, or price can change so quickly that we sometimes fail to correct information on our website. In such a case, we will notify you of the changes and allow you to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered product.
Exclusion of Liability
We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to the website due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or impeding the use of the Tiska Online Store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders that have been affected by a technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will inform you about the following steps. Before accessing and using the website, you must ensure that the equipment is properly protected.
Complaints and Disputes
We respect applicable European consumer protection laws and make every effort to fulfill our duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person whom you can contact by telephone or e-mail in the event of a problem.
The complaint is to be submitted via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The appeal procedure is confidential. We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform you about the length of procedures, and keep you informed of the progress of the proceedings.
We are aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial dispute resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also a major obstacle to the consumer initiating litigation. Therefore, we strive to the best of our ability to resolve disputes amicably.
In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court of the consumer’s domicile has jurisdiction.
Changes of General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the General Terms. All changes to the general terms will be published on the website and will take effect at the time of publication or later, after a certain period, if so stated. We will ensure that notice of changes to the General Terms is clearly visible on the website.
